Today, CFAM honors a gentle and humble man whose life has ended too early in our human eyes.
Ed touched many people around him in more ways than he probably ever knew. His kindness, meekness, and generosity were spoken large but mostly in the smallest of ways. And, yet, those ways are the most important; the actions not so easily visible or notable, but are surely remarkable over time. Like a constant drip of water, pouring out goodness and a servant heart, Ed, you eroded the facade of all that kept us from being human with each other, helping us wash away our sharpest edges and the things of us that make us fake to each other.
Today, we honor you, Ed Mehall.
